This extremely talented British shop owner lives in the Cayman Islands these days. She describes her life there thus:
"Every day I get to open my curtains to the warm sunshine and clear skies, float silently in an underwater world of colour and fish just like an aquarium, eat my evening meal outside in the warm evening breeze and go to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
